Are you finding in-house fulfillment a pain? Between training fulfillment staff, choosing the right software and managing databases, outsourcing can be tempting, but in-house strategies have the benefit of keeping you connected with your readers. In this session Faith Drinnan will discuss the basic tools needed to provide professional, cost-effective subscriber fulfillment.

For 30 years, FAITH DRINNAN has helped regional and special interest magazines find and keep subscribers. She has been a circulation adjudicator for Canada Council, a travelling consultant for Magazines Canada and a board member with the Canadian Marketing Association. She is currently a faculty member of Magazines Canada School for Circulation.

In 1992 Drinnan founded the Oyster Group, Atlantic Canada’s first and only fulfillment bureau. The Oyster Group works with small-circulation magazine publishers in Canada and the United States, helping them cultivate relationships with their subscribers and grow their magazines.
